Why can't I see the provider name?+
We are the single wholesaler. Suppliers stay anonymous and you always see the cheapest available result — provider identity is hidden by design.
How do I pay the platform?+
Only two ways: Stripe (PaymentIntents on our branded hosted page) or approved bank transfer with a unique reference code. Both top up your prepaid wallet.
Does the customer's money reach Travel Globus?+
No. The customer pays your agency directly. You only pay us the NET (provider cost + platform markup) from your wallet. Your markup stays with you.
Can I add my own payment & mail providers?+
Yes. Activate any provider from the admin catalog and enter your own credentials. Customer payments and emails go through your own accounts.
